None appears for the petitioner.

It is seen that on 14.12.2016, after hearing some arguments, this court has directed the petitioner to file an affidavit clearly indicating the amount of finance availed by the petitioner and the amount repaid on account of principal and on account of interest. The petitioner was granted two weeks time to file the said affidavit. The Court had considered the same necessary to ascertain whether there were any real controversies between the parties, considering that there was no dispute that the petitioner had availed of finance from the respondent.

No such affidavit as directed was filed.

On the next date of hearing, that is, 09.01.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought further time to comply with the orders dated 14.12.2016 and further time of two weeks was granted to the petitioner and

the matter was listed on 12.04.2017.

On 12.04.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw his vakalatnama as he stated that he was unable to obtain the necessary instructions from the petitioner. The matter was thereafter listed on 25.05.2017. However, none was present for the petitioner when the matter was called and the petition was adjourned for today. 5.

None has appeared for the petitioner today as well. 6.
