% 17.02.2016 This is a suit for recovery of amount valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Counter claim is also valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for defendant submits that he will file the court fees before the concerned District Court.

Ld. counsel for parties submit that defendant is located at Dwarka which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South-West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-West), Dwarka, Delhi on 14.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
