Pursuant to the previous order, the following status as regards the refund of Service Tax which had been deducted from the bills of petitioner, as filed by the petitioner, is as under:

As regards W.P.(C) 4926/2019, counsel for the petitioner states that the amount has been received and they have no grievance in that regard. 3.

The issue relates to W.P.(C) 9445/2016 and W.P.(C) 4965/2019 in which amount of Rs.70,02,956/- and Rs.28,88,540/- have been received respectively, though according to petitioner's counsel, the amount as per the table above, are yet to be paid.

As regards W.P.(C) 9448/2016 the reply regarding payment is not on record.

Mr. Tushar Sannu, ASC states that he shall duly file the same in order that there is complete information regarding the payments. 7.

As regards dissonance between petitioner and respondents with respect to outstanding balance, same shall be considered on the next date, basis the replies filed.

An affidavit will be filed in W.P.(C) 9445/2016 , W.P.(C) 9448/2016 and W.P.(C) 4965/2019 by the respondent stating the amounts that have been deducted on account of service tax from bills of petitioner, with copy to the counsel for petitioner.
