The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 24.08.2018 passed by the Tribunal dismissing OA No.3507/2018. 2.

On perusing the said judgment, it transpires that the Tribunal was of the opinion that the OA filed by the petitioner was premature inasmuch as he had already filed his objections to the Integrated Seniority List of Inspectors as on 01.07.2017, circulated on 14.07.2017, which had not been decided by the respondents so far. W.P.(C) 9437/2018

On inquiring from learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the said objections have been decided in terms of the directions issued by the Tribunal to the respondents, learned counsel states that a decision was taken by the respondents on 31.08.2018. That being the position, if aggrieved by the said order, it is for the petitioner to approach the Tribunal for relief, instead of filing the present petition directly in this Court.

We decline to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Tribunal, if aggrieved by the order dated 31.08.2018, passed by the respondents.
