BAIL APPLN. 2099/2016 and Crl. M.A. No. 15961/2016 Issue notice. Notice is accepted on behalf of the State. Attention has been drawn to the order dated 20.09.2016 passed in a connected W.P.(Crl.) No.2752/2016 preferred by a co-accused in the said case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation. The co-accused Sundar Choudhary, who has allegedly given the blow to the victim has already been granted anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when call for and shall not influence any of the prosecution witnesses. Petition stands disposed of.
