These Applications have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners to place on record the Settlement Agreement dated 07.05.2025. 2.
It is submitted that the Parties have arrived at the Settlement vide Agreement dated 07.05.2025, which shall be duly acted upon and that the part payment has been received by the Complainant and the balance has to be paid before the Apex Court today, where the matter is listed for compliance. 3.
All the parties are present through VC and endorse the Settlement. 4.
Accordingly, the Settlement Agreement dated 07.05.2025 is taken on record and the Applications stand disposed of. CRL.M.C. 4566/2018 CRL.M.C. 4609/2018 CRL.M.C. 5777/2018 5.
In view of the submissions made, the Impugned Order dated 19.07.2018 passed by learned MM in Criminal Complainant bearing CC Nos. 11201/2017 and 11203/2017 under the Maternity Act, 1961 is hereby quashed.

The Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
