On the last date of hearing i.e. on 9th May, 2017, the following order was passed:- '1.
As per mediation report the matter has been settled between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The clause F & G of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th May, 2017 reads as under: "F.
In view of this Settlement, the Petitioner withdraws his challenge to the eviction order dated 12.08.2016 made in the R.C.(Rev.) No.507/2016 and shall file an undertaking before the Hon'ble High Court to vacate the said shops on or before 05.05.2010.
G.
The Respondent shall file an undertaking before the Hon'ble High Court not to execute the eviction order dated 12.08.2016 till 05.05.2010 in view of the Settlement agreed between the parties." RC.REV. 507/2016

Both the parties are directed to file their undertaking as agreed vide Settlement Agreement dated 6th May, 2017, within two weeks.

Re-notify for 26th May, 2017.'

Pursuant of order dated 9th May, 2017 both the parties have filed their respective undertakings.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that this revision petition may be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th May, 2017 arrived at between the parties at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

In view of the submissions made above, this revision petition is disposed of in terms of settlement agreement dated 6th May, 2017 arrived at between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.
5.
Parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 6th May, 2017.
