% 19.10.2016 A statutory remedy lies against the impugned order. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that appropriate notification has been issued by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 06.08.2004 under Section 13-A of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, apropos interpretation etc. of standing orders. He submits that a copy of the same shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of the day.
In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner says that he does not wish to press the case and seeks to withdraw it to pursue such remedies as may be available in law.
