% 29.11.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the present writ petition is treated as a representation addressed to respondent no. 1-BSES YPL and is decided by its General Manager (Human Resources).

Mr. Sandeep Prabhakar, learned counsel for respondent no. 1-BSES YPL has no objection to the same.

Consequently, present writ petition is directed to be treated as a representation to be decided by the General Manager (Human Resources) of respondent no. 1-BSES YPL as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks. A copy of reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered AD post within a week thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and application stands disposed of.
