% 29.05.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will move an application before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate for recalling of non-bailable warrants as he would be appearing on the date fixed, that is, 4th August, 2015.
If any such application is moved by the petitioner for recalling of non-bailable warrants, same shall be decided by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in accordance with law. He further submits that all the pleas taken in this writ petition will be taken before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate during the enquiry.
He seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
