% 18.05.2018 The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that pursuant to a petition filed by the financial creditors a resolution professional has been appointed by NCLT. She also submits that the petitioner have to file a claim petition before the said resolution professional.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take steps as per law to pursue his claim.

Granting leave and liberty as prayed for, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
