% 01.09.2017 CM 31391/2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that a compensation of `10 lakhs be provided to the petitioner on account of medical negligence. The petitioner alleges that she has lost her eye sight in the right eye as a result of not being provided medical treatment and not being administered the proper medicine at the right time. Clearly, the present petition would involve disputed questions of fact and thus, it would not be apposite to consider the said controversy in the present petition.
