% 11.11.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by certain illegal and unauthorized constructions/structures which have appeared in front of property bearing No. 53/1235, DDA flats, Kalkaji. Certain photographs have been appended along with the petition to substantiate it. Learned counsel for the respondent/SDMC has put his appearance. His submission under instruction is that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken and the alleged illegal construction/khokha, if any, shall be removed in accordance with law.

This submission of the respondent is taken on record. No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
