% 08.12.2016 By an order dated 07.11.2016, Mr Kuldeep Singh, ADJ (Retired), was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties and the registry was directed to communicate the said order to elicit a disclosure under section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitrator has made the necessary disclosure and there is no objection to the same. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
