O R D E R
% 19.12.2016 The petitioner has preferred the present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.617/2016 under Section 380/ 497/ 506/ 34 IPC registered at PS - Shahbad Dairy, Outer District, Delhi. On the last date, subject to the petitioner joining investigation, the petitioner was granted interim protection against arrest. Though the status report has not been filed, Mr. Katyal, on instructions, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that the chargesheet is ready and shall be filed in due course. It, therefore, appears that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in the present case. The petition is, accordingly, allowed. In case of her arrest, the
petitioner shall be released on bail subject to: viii) her furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer; ix) she shall join the investigation as and when called for; x) she shall provide his mobile phone number to the I.O., which shall be kept in working condition at all times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the IO;
xi) She shall not contact the complainant or any other witness in the case and shall not try to influence any witness or tamper with evidence. Dasti.
