Though it appears that with the dismissal of the suit, the interim injunction in force will also disappear, but the counsel who was earlier appearing for the plaintiff informs that vide order dated 10th October, 2017 in CS(OS) No.376/2017 between the plaintiff and the defendant No.3 who is the husband of the plaintiff, the same interim order has been granted. 6.
