% 18.03.2019 This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 197/2018 under Sections 498A/354/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station - Jagat Puri.

On 04.12.2018, petitioner filed an affidavit before this Court stating that he will pay the maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the complainant along with quarterly advance rent @ Rs.8,000/- per month without fail.

Complaint is present in person and submits that she has received the rent and maintenance upto June, 2019.

It has been brought to the notice of the Court that charges have been framed in the matter. In these circumstances, the present application is rendered infructuous.

Application stands disposed of.

Petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy available to him in accordance with law.
