% 17.01.2017 The petitioner seeks parole so as to prefer a Special Leave to Appeal before the Supreme Court from the judgment dated 29.07.2011 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 178/2005 whereby the said appeal was dismissed. The petitioner is undergoing life sentence in case FIR No. 262/2000 under Sections 395/396/460 IPC registered at police station Narela Industrial Area. Mr. Kundu points that the SLP preferred by the petitioner already stands dismissed by the Supreme Court on 17.10.2014 vide SLP (Crl.) No. 8255/2014, titled, 'Jagdish @ Jagga @ Bagga Vs. State, Government of NCT of Delhi'.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner cannot be released on parole
