% 08.04.2017 Both the parties have agreed to settle the dispute for an amount of `3,00,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the MACT. The amount of ` 3 lacs shall be deposited by the insurance company within 30 days with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Authority by way of a Demand Draft in the name of the appellant which shall be so released to the appellant. In case of delay in the deposit, an interest @ 9% shall be paid w.e.f. today. On deposit of the cheque the appeal shall stand disposed of. (YOGESH KHANNA) PRESIDING OFFICER
