% 18.04.2018 Crl.M.A.No.7082/2018 (modification of order dated 18th January, 2018) 1.

By this petition the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 18th January, 2017 granting parole to him inter alia subject to the condition that his uncle Ram Chander Singh would stand surety for him. 2.

By this application the petitioner prays that instead of his uncle his brother may be permitted to stand surety for him. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State points out that as per the earlier status report it was found out that the whereabouts of the two brothers of the petitioner were not know.

Since the petitioner has not been able to furnish the uncle's surety, till date, the State will verify the antecedents of petitioner's brother Vikram, W.P.(CRL) 3010/2016

which he says would stand surety for him and file a status report. 5.
