O R D E R
% 08.11.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months to attend the marriage of his sister namely Kavita, which is scheduled to be held on 25th November, 2016. State has verified the address of petitioner. Date of marriage has also been verified.
To enable the petitioner to attend the marriage of his sister, he is granted parole for a period of three weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. Petitioner shall report to the SHO of the concerned police station once in a week, that is, on Mondays
and give his contact number to the SHO. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territory bounds of Delhi. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender the before the Jail Superintendent. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
