O R D E R

% 08.11.2016 Petitioner has sought parole for a period of three months on the following grounds.

(1) To discuss the issue regarding partition of property with his youngest brother, (2)To re-establish the social ties with his family members and society. Address of petitioner has been verified. It is also verified that dispute among the family members is there in respect of the joint family property. Petitioner was released on parole last year and it is not the case that he has misused the concession of parole granted to him. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances, it is ordered that

petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. Petitioner shall report to the SHO of the concerned police station once in a week, that is, on Mondays and give his contact number to the SHO. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territory bounds of Delhi. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender the before the Jail Superintendent. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
