O R D E R

% 07.11.2016 Respondent-State has verified the address of the petitioner. As per the status report, petitioner has four children. He has three daughters aged about 21, 18 and 13 years respectively. His son is 11 years old. They are living with their mother, namely, Smt. Sarita Devi. It has also been verified that none of the children of the petitioner are married. Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he intends to look for a suitable groom for her daughterPreeti. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Jail. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to SHO of police

station Khajoori Khas once in a week on Mondays at 10:00 am. After completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
