% 12.10.2015 Ms.Alka Bijlani, Divisional Financial Manager is present pursuant to the previous order of this Court. She states that as a consequence of the Court's previous directions, the petitioner's pension has been re-fixed in accordance with the recommendations and report of the 6th Pay Commission as implemented by the Indian Railways. It is also stated that all arrears due will be disbursed to the petitioner within a week from today.

Bailable warrants issued by the court are hereby discharged. A copy of the pension fixation order along with the copy of the proof of dispatch by speed post has been produced. The same is hereby taken on record.

In light of developments stated above, the respondents are directed to ensure that the amounts are actually disbursed to the petitioner within two weeks along with interest at the rate of 8% from the period(s) the said amounts became payable till the date of hearing.
