O R D E R

% 09.07.2018 After arguments had been addressed by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the complainant had sought a pass-over to obtain instructions. He states upon instructions from the complainant, who is present in the Court, that the complainant is ready and willing and indeed wants to withdraw the complaint, with liberty to pursue such other civil remedies as the complainant may have, in law. In view of the above, the summoning order is quashed, so is the compliant. Liberty sought by the complainant is granted. An affidavit in terms of the above shall be filed by the complainant within two days.

The parties shall be free to pursue their rights as may be available to them in law.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
