% 24.07.2017 C.M.No. 25868/2017 (Release of Amount) The present application has been moved for release of amount in terms of order dated 17.05.2017. It has been mentioned in para 2, 3 and 4 of the order that amount of Rs.4,00,000/- with accrued interest, if any, on Rs.19,31,781/0 be refunded to the appellant. Perusal of order dated 17.05.2017 shows that Rs.4,00,000/- appears to be mentioned due to clerical mistake and it should have been Rs.4,31,781/-.

Consequently, the order dated 17.05.2017 is corrected.

Corrections may be made in the order itself and the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- be substituted by Rs.4,31,781/-. Corrected copy of the order be sent to the Registrar General. P.S.TEJI, J JULY 24, 2017/dd
