% 26.11.2018 Contempt of order of 4th July, 2018 is alleged in this petition. Petitioner's counsel has handed over a copy of order dated 14th September, 2018 vide which time for compliance of order of 4th July, 2018 was extended. It is pointed out that in the order of 14th September, 2018, respondents were directed to pass a speaking response by dealing with all the submissions made in the Representation. Respondent's counsel has handed over order of 11th October, 2018 by which petitioner's Representation has been decided. The grievance of petitioner is that all the points taken in the Representation have not been dealt with.

Vide order of 4th July, 2018, it was made clear that if the grievance of petitioner still survives, he shall be entitled to seek legal recourse, as may be available.

CONT.CAS(C) 694/2018

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed.

This petition and pending application are accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to assail the order of 11th October, 2018 passed on petitioner's Representation.
