CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 24.10.2016 It is the petitioner‟s case that a Show Cause Notice has been issued to the petitioner as to why an inquiry should not be initiated against him. As a cautionary measure, he has filed the preliminary reply, awaiting receipt of the relevant documents, especially the alleged overpaid bills, it is submitted that it would not possible for the petitioner to answer the questions apropos the specific bills on which the entire charge-sheet is based till copies of the same are supplied to him; his request to the respondent for the same has not yielded any results.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will

pursue his endeavours with respondents for supply of the requested documents.

At this stage, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the remedies as may be available to him in law. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. NAJMI WAZIRI, J OCTOBER 24, 2016/acm
