% 20.07.2017 Counsel for the respondents has produced the original OMR sheet and has personally re-calculated the correct answers given by the petitioner after including the four # questions. As per the calculations made, which have been also given to the petitioner, the petitioner had correctly marked 72 answers and is entitled to treat the four # answers as correct. The total would be 76. The petitioner had wrongly marked 24 answers. It is stated that the last selected candidate has secured 77 marks including the four marks for # questions.

In view of the aforesaid position, we do not think that the petitioner is entitled to any relief. The writ petition is dismissed. The original OMR sheet has been returned to the counsel for the respondents.
