CRL.M.C. 3824/2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.81/2013 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC registered at P.S Nabi Karim, Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties with the help of relatives vide settlement deed dated 20.07.2015. Complainant/ respondent No.2 is present before the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from her whether the matter has been settled with the petitioners amicably without fear and

pressure. She has stated that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC. In the interest of justice, FIR No.81/2013 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC registered at P.S Nabi Karim, Delhi and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
