ORDER

% 16.10.2015 The counter affidavit handed over by Mr Yeeshu Jain is taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions. He requests that the reference court may be directed to decide the Section 18 reference pending before it at an early date. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
