O R D E R

% 30.11.2016 Crl. M. (B) No. 2138/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the order dated 07.10.2016, the petitioner has surrendered before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 19.11.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the purpose for which the interim bail was sought, could not be fulfilled during the said period due to non-availability of the complainant at the relevant time, however, now the petitioner can contact the complainant to execute the agreement and seeks interim bail for a period of eight weeks to execute the said agreement with the complainant and to

finalize the modalities.

Mr. Vikesh Sethi, learned counsel for the complainant is present with complainant in person who has been identified by the Investigating Officer Sub Inspector Vijay Kumar with APP on behalf of State. The complainant does not deny the factum of the settlement process going on between the parties.

In these circumstances, I admit the petitioner on interim bail for a period of eight weeks from the date of his release, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate with the condition that he would not tamper with the prosecution witnesses nor influence the witnesses and shall not leave India without prior permission of the concerned Court. After expiry of the period of eight weeks, the petitioner shall surrender before the MM concerned, who shall submit a report to this effect to this Court. It is made clear, that no further opportunity would be given to the petitioner for the aforesaid purpose. Application stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the court master. BAIL APPLN. 2110/2016 In view of the order passed in Crl. M.(B) NO.2138/2016, nothing remains to be considered in this petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
