% 24.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that an out of Court settlement has been arrived at between the parties on 9th January, 2018 and he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 108/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC on merits with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the aforementioned FIR on the basis of compromise.

He further seeks liberty from this Court that in case the settlement is not implemented, he be permitted to revive the present petition. W.P.(CRL) 1841/2017

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition and applications are dismissed as withdrawn. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
