% 08.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 18th March, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.2360/2016, whereby the respondent-DDA was directed to consider the petitioner's writ petition as a representation with respect to conversion of plot no.D-24, SMA Cooperative Industrial Estate, GTK Road, opposite Jahangir Puri from leasehold to freehold after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order.

Today Mr.Dhanesh Relan, learned counsel for DDA has handed over a copy of order dated 07th March, 2017, by virtue of which the petitioner's conversion application has been allowed subject to certain conditions. A copy of the said order has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the said order, if he so desires, in accordance with law. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 08, 2017 KA
