O R D E R

% 19.10.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that not all the documents which have been sought by her have been supplied by the respondents.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits upon instructions that the petitioner is free to inspect the relevant records as may be available, including the records of the selection committee. He further submits that if the petitioner deems it necessary, copies of the same can be provided to her as may be permissible under the Right to Information Act, 2005. For inspection of the records and for supply of copies of such documents as may be specified by the petitioner, she shall visit the Narela Office of the respondents on 24.10.2016 at 11.00 a.m. Upon the said inspection and/or receipt of copies of documents, the petitioner shall file a reply to the show cause notice within two weeks thereof.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off with the above observations.

The interim stay stands vacated.

The petitioner shall participate in the inquiry proceedings. The Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.
