% 09.03.2016 Present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no.2 to decide the proceedings under Section 84 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 relating to khasra no. 745 (4-16), 746 (4-16) & 850 Min (2-7) total admeasuring 11 bighas and 19 biswas situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Jaitpur, Tehsil Kalkaji, New Delhi expeditiously and preferably within six months.

It may be noted here that prayer (b) is not being pressed.
