1. Learned counsel for the Respondent informs the Court that the Respondent has nominated Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court as their Arbitrator. He states that a copy of the appointment letter of the Arbitrator will be handed over by the Respondent to learned counsel for the Petitioner within one week.

2. In that view of the matter, the Arbitrator nominated by the Petitioner and Justice Mukul Mudgal will meet on a mutually acceptable date and time within the next two weeks and decide on the name of the third Arbitrator to complete the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal ('AT'). Arb.P. No. 631 of 2016

3. If for some reason the constitution of AT is unable to be completed, it will be open to the Petitioner or the Respondent to apply for directions.
