% 14.12.2016 This matter is taken up today as 12.12.2016 was declared a holiday.

Rakhi is present in Court. She submits that she is major and she has voluntarily married Sanjeev Kumar Jha/respondent No.4. She further submits that she had left her parental home out of her own free will. She further states that she is happily residing with Sanjeev Jha and wants to stay with her husband. Sanjeev Jha, who is also present in Court, says that he accepts full responsibility of Rakhi.

Father of Sanjeev Jha is also present in Court, he submits that he will not interfere in the married life of his son. The petitioner and his father have also accepted the marriage of their sister/daughter with Sanjeev Jha.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, as prayed. Dasti, under the signatures of the Court Master. G.S.SISTANI, J.
