% 15.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole as the petitioner is not aware of the decision taken on his application dispatched from the Central Jail Tihar on 14th March, 2017 wherein he had sought parole to look after the financial needs of his wife, two sons and two daughters of marriageable age. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was granted parole by the competent authority which was communicated to the petitioner vide order dated 19th May, 2017, however the petitioner availed of the said parole and surrendered on 28th November, 2017. Since the parole has already been granted to the petitioner, present application seeking parole is dismissed as infructuous. Copy of this order be communication to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
