He states that the respondent had filed a petition under section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Bombay High Court which has been disposed of by on 09.02.2017 in the view of the terms agreed to between the parties (the consent terms) . The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
