% 26.10.2016 Crl.M.A. No. 16852/2016 For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Mr.Zeeshan Mansoori is impleaded as petitioner No.2 in the present petition. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 2999/2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.409/2016 registered on the complaint of the respondent No.2/ complainant under Sections 354D/ 34 IPC against the petitioners at Police

Station - Malviya Nagar.

The complainant is present in Court. She is identified by the Investigating Officer.

The parties have compromised the dispute. The affidavit of respondent No.2/ complainant is placed on record. The complainant states that she has not been subjected to any pressure or coercion and that she has compromised the dispute out of her own free will. The complainant further states that she joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
