% 16.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have already settled the matter for a sum of Rs.1 lakh and the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.48,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he is handing over a demand draft of Rs.50,000/-, bearing DD No. 921799 dated 16th November, 2017, Syndicate Bank, Geeta Colony, Delhi, to the respondent/ workman and has also paid a sum of Rs.2000/- in cash to the respondent / workman. The copy of the demand draft of Rs.50,000/- is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner identifies the respondent, present in person, in the Court. Respondent submitted that he shall move an application for withdrawal of Rs.48,000/- which is lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is

having no objection, in case the amount of Rs.48,000/- is withdrawn by the respondent in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted that no dispute is pending between them.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the settlement between the parties, the present petition be dismissed as settled. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn as settled. CHANDER SHEKHAR, J NOVEMBER 16, 2017 P
