O R D E R

% 17.11.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing Special Leave Petition. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to avail all the legal remedies as may be available to him upto the highest forum. Address of the petitioner has been verified. Jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. It is made clear that in case co-convict is

out on parole, petitioner be released only after co-convict surrenders in jail. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the SHO PS. Sultan Puri once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am and give his contact number to the SHO.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
