% 08.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave Petition. The application of the petitioner was rejected by the competent authority vide communication dated 26th May, 2016.

On verification the only relative found to be residing in India is the sister and brother-in-law of the petitioner at Alipur Daur, Tea Estate, PS Kalchini, District Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. However, the brother-in-law of the petitioner is hesitant to keep the petitioner with him while on parole. Considering the fact that there is no sound surety available and the Special Leave Petition can also be filed through Central Jail, Tihar, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
