Mr. O.P. Maini, Advocate for the appellant requests that the cheque be handed over to him and he undertakes that the same will be given to the appellant. Learned counsel for the parties state that in view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed. Suffice to state, the parties shall be bound by the terms of the agreement.
