% 09.10.2017 The parties have entered into a settlement agreement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 15.09.2017. As per the settlement agreement, the respondent has to make a payment of Rs.3,05,000/- as full and final settlement of all the dues of the petitioner. First instalment of Rs.1,05,000/- has been paid to the petitioner. The second instalment of Rs1,00,000/- is to be made on or before 07.11.2017 and the third and final instalment is to be made on or before 07.12.2017.

The respondent undertakes to this court to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

Binding the parties to the settlement, the petition stands disposed of.
