% 06.12.2017 It is submitted that some later developments - after making of the impugned order have occurred - DDA has agreed to include the appellant's name in a mini draw which has been for allotment of a plot and that pursuant to such draw, one such plot has been allotted. DDA is directed to process the allotment and ensure that the allotment letter with possession is handed over to the appellant. It goes without saying that the dismissal of the writ petition will not prejudice the appellant in these circumstances. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of.
