Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the written Settlement Agreement signed by them on 20.3.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

This agreement satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 CPC. The suit is accordingly disposed of and a decree is passed as per the terms recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 20.3.2018, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 2.

Since the suit is settled out of Court before commencement of recoding of evidence, plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees in view of Section 16-A CPC as applicable to Delhi.
