respondents has taken instructions to state that against the impugned proceedings of 217^^ meeting of the ERC (NCTE) dated 29'^ - 30'*' June, 2016 the petitioners have a remedy of Appeal under Section 18 of the NCTE Act. The said statement is taken on record.
In view of the statement made by Mr. A.K. Panigrahi, Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners states an appeal shall be filed by the petitioners within a week and the same need to be considered by the Appellate Committee before March, 2017, the last date for granting approval. This court is of the view that the petitioners would be at liberty to w request for the consideration of the Appeal by the Appellate Committee before 3'"'^ March, 2017.
