% 15.12.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the arbitration proceedings in this case had arisen before the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 and a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the Arbitral Award is pending adjudication before this Court. In that view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as being premature. The petitioner will be at liberty to file afresh petition depending on the outcome of the petition under Section 34 of the Act that is pending before this Court.
